Class Format

Yin Yoga is performed lying on the floor with the support of props like bolsters and cushions. Postures are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently release tension while the mind relaxes. Each class includes:

  • Floor-based stretches for hips, spine, and joints

  • Breathing practices to deepen relaxation

  • Supported poses to relieve back and neck pain

  • Guided moments of stillness to reduce stress and restore balance
