Helping people of all ages move with confidence, strength, and joy for over 47 years.

About

My Journey

“I began my career at Shankill Leisure Centre at a time when I was overweight and struggling with confidence. With encouragement from my supervisor, I started running and weight training — eventually entering Miss Figure (Miss Northern Ireland). That moment sparked my lifelong love of health and fitness, and I’ve been sharing that passion ever since.”

Experience

Experience That Makes a Difference

“Over the years, I’ve taught thousands of people across Northern Ireland in classes including Dance Fit, Step Aerobics, Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Chair Fit, Fall Prevention, and Mindfulness.

I also work closely with seniors and those in recovery:

  • Visiting nursing homes to support residents with Dementia, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s

  • Delivering Armchair Aerobics for the Chest Heart & Stroke charity

  • Supporting PARS clients referred by doctors to rebuild strength and mobility after illness or injury

My classes are about more than exercise — they create community, reduce loneliness, and help people regain confidence in themselves.”

"Outside of teaching, I’m a keen walker with my dog Flo, jog about 15k a week, and love dancing Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba — proof that movement can be joyful at every stage of life. My goal is simple: to inspire more people, young and old, to stay active, embrace confidence, and enjoy life through movement."
