Dance Fit with Debbie Quinn is a fun, energetic class that combines gentle aerobics with dance-inspired movements. These sessions are designed to get the heart pumping, burn calories, and improve mood, all while supporting strength, flexibility, and balance.

Class Format

Each session begins with gentle aerobics to safely warm up the body and prepare for movement. From there, Debbie leads participants through a lively mix of:

  • Salsa

  • Bachata

  • Cha Cha Cha

The class ends on the floor with core exercises and stretching, helping improve strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
